Hello! We are a multinational family living in Athens looking for a regular nanny/babysitter for our two boys, 4 months and 2.5 years. Most of the time will be taking care of our 4 month old baby in the morning. I am gradually easing back into work, so the hours will start part-time in March, increasing slowly to more full-time by May (around 6 hours/day). I work from home and will be around to help create a rhythm. In addition, occasional hours doing creative play or kindergarten pickup with our older son in the afternoon. We would love if you have experience with small babies- but most important is a gentle, caring attitude and the trust and bond you build with our sons and family. We are looking for someone creative, joyful, who loves being outdoors in nature and believes in child-led play and independence. Experience with pedagogies like Forest School, Waldorf, Emilia Reggio are great but most important is that we have shared values. We are an English-speaking household, so you need to speak English but it is fine to communicate in Greek with our sons. Italian or Arabic (Levantine) would be amazing but not essential for the right person! We look forward to hearing from you!
