We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and engaging nanny to care for our 22-month-old son. We are two working professionals seeking someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and can provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment during the day. We are located in Nea Kifisia and are looking for someone who can become a consistent, trusted part of our son's life. Schedule Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Our ideal nanny is: Fluent in both English and Greek Experienced caring for toddlers Warm, patient, and compassionate Energetic enough to keep up with an active and curious toddler Reliable, organized, and punctual Comfortable setting age-appropriate boundaries while maintaining a positive, encouraging environment Able to provide excellent references Responsibilities include: Providing attentive, hands-on care throughout the day Planning educational and developmentally appropriate activities, games, crafts, and outings Reading books, encouraging language development in both English and Greek, and supporting early learning through play Spending time outdoors whenever possible Cleaning up after meals and activities and keeping his play areas organized Supporting consistent routines and encouraging age-appropriate independence Our son is energetic, curious, and loves to explore, so we're looking for someone who enjoys being actively engaged throughout the day rather than simply supervising. As parents, we value learning through play, conversation, exploration, and consistent, respectful boundaries. We try to limit (though not eliminate) screen time and instead encourage reading, creative play, outdoor activities (and for which we note there are numerous playgrounds in our immediate vicinity), and experiences that support our son's development. We're looking for someone who shares a similar approach and enjoys helping young children learn and discover new things.
