This agreement includes the terms of use ("Terms of use") of the services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") offered by PARAMANA on the website www.paramana.eu (hereinafter referred to as "Paramana" or "Website" or "site" or " platform"). Paramana is the property of the Sole Proprietorship under the name "PARAMANA, Linos N. Andreas, Provision of Data Processing and Advertising Services", TIN: 112072075, Tax Office of Katerini, based in Litochoro Pieria at 26 Pyrrou Dima str, post code 60200. Please read carefully the terms of use below, before you start or continue using the site. Use of the site implies agreement with all terms of this, without modification by the user.
In case you do not agree with part or parts of the "Terms of Use" or "Personal Data", do not use the site. The terms of use might change at any time, and become effective immediately upon posting on the Website. The visitor / user is kindly requested to regularly check the content of the terms of use for possible changes and revisions. After one (1) month from their publication, the continued use of the website or the non-cancellation of the user subscription, implies their unconditional acceptance.
General terms
Paramana provides the following services:
a communication platform between individuals who provide babysitting, care, education and general employment services for children and therefore create a professional profile on the platform and individuals who are looking for people for the above services and therefore create a "family profile"(hereinafter referred to as "users"). In addition, it is possible to register as a business company on the platform and use Paramana services and have access to business profiles.
(A) counseling services, which provide information to users on matters relating to the family in general, suggestions for family activities and places providing services or products, concerning children and families, companies providing services or seminars or educational programs on matters relating to children and families.
(B) Users understand, agree and accept that Paramana assumes no responsibility, nor does it provide any control over the truth, reliability, accuracy, integrity, ethics and quality of users and their actions expressed through the website.
All users agree that Paramana is not responsible for any instructions, advice or services provided by the site, has no control over or liability for the behavior of users or any third party using the platform and disclaims any responsibility, including liability for any kind of damage and the resulting potential claims (financial or otherwise) of users that may arise from the use of the services of the site.
Acceptance of communication and expression of interest for an ad or a professional profile, is at the discretion of users. Paramana is not responsible for the actions of either party (babysitter-parent) and does not guarantee that the obligations of either party will meet.
Paramana Services
A) Communication platform between parents and babysitters, nannies, educators
1. Babysitters, nannies, job seekers:
1.1. In order to use the services of the platform, they must first fill in the online registration form that includes their email and a password that they will choose and use in each of their future connections. Registration on the platform is free. They will then be sent an automatic email from Paramana to confirm their registration.
1.2. They must register their personal data (name, contact phone, place of residence). The last name and contact phone number of the users are not disclosed on the website without their consent. Users are then asked to create their professional profile, which will be accessible to all users / visitors to the site. This profile includes, among other things, a brief description of themselves, their experience, their qualifications, their availability for work as well as their photo. The professional profile can be edited, activated and deactivated at any time.
1.3. can communicate with other users through Paramana's messaging service. There is also the possibility of evaluation / critique of professional profiles by parents as well as the possibility for someone to respond to the reviews that have been submitted to him/her. The evaluation of each parent is done with asterisks (1-5) and in the professional profile appears as an overall evaluation the average of the submitted grades. Paramana reserves the right to change or withdraw an evaluation or critique at its sole discretion. The personal characterizations of a person during his/her evaluation are not allowed, except the evaluation of his services as a professional.
1.4. If a user does not wish to be able to communicate with him / her through Paramana by a specific user, he / she can choose to block him / her, a feature that is turned on and off at will.
1.5. The order of display of professional profiles on the search page, follows specific criteria set by Paramana (e.g. first profiles with subscription, based on evaluation, etc.) and which the company can change at any time without prior notice.
1.6. Registering a user as a professional may include some additional verification procedures such as the Authentication service. The Identification includes, for example, the verification of the identity and degrees of the professionals, which are sent electronically to Paramana and stored in the Platform Database for as long as the user wishes. Those users who have done Identification, get a relevant indication in their professional profile, which remains active for as long as their subscription is active. These documents are not notified to the parents by Paramana, but are kept in an electronic file, from which they can be deleted at the request of the user who submitted them. Paramana does not control, nor does it guarantee in any way the reliability, truth, validity of the files intended for Identification and it is the sole responsibility of the parents to check them, when they meet with their potential partners. The service charge is mentioned on the "Charge" page of the users' professional profile. Profile Identification is a mandatory procedure for Paramana subscribers in order to enhance the credibility of their professional profiles.
1.7. Users are not allowed to enter their contact phone number and email address in any other field of their profile, except the fields with the titles "mobile phone", "landline", "email". Otherwise Paramana reserves the right to remove them without prior notice to users or even to terminate the account of users who do not comply with the terms and conditions of the platform.
1.8 Use of Paramana services is subject to a fee, unless otherwise stated. The types of charges are accessible from the "Charges" link in the user account. When a user pays the subscription, this amount (or part of it) is not refunded in any case, even if he / she did not contact another user or was unable to find a job through the platform.
1.9. Babysitters accept that they can receive free informational SMS from Paramana on their mobile phones, such as parental interest messages. Interested parents can send an SMS by clicking on the relevant button on their professional profile page, without knowing the user's mobile phone. The SMS are sent through the bulk SMS sending service of the company HUBSMS Ltd (tel. 2152151235). SMS’s are free. The mobile phones of the users are in no case notified to Paramana without their consent. Any user through his account can change the settings regarding the receipt of these updates.
2. Parents looking for a babysitter, nanny, educator:
2.1. registered in accordance with the procedure described in paragraph 1.1.
2.2. create their family profile, giving information about their family, related to the services provided by Paramana. They can post a job offer and accept requests for interest in the position offered from users or contact from the search list with whatever professional profiles fit their criteria.
2.3. can communicate with other users through Paramana's messaging service. There is also the possibility of evaluation / critique of professional profiles by parents as well as the possibility for someone to respond to the reviews that have been submitted to him. The parent is responsible for submitting fair and honest evaluations / reviews, which only concern the services of an individual as a babysitter, nanny and are not his/her personal characterizations as an individual. No user may be personally offended for any reason.
2.4. If a parent does not want a specific user to be able to communicate with him / her through Paramana, he / she can choose to opt out, which can be turned on and off at will.
2.5. Users are not allowed to enter the contact phone and email of users in any other field of their profile, except the fields with the titles "mobile phone", "landline", "email". Otherwise Paramana reserves the right to remove them without prior notice to users or even to terminate the account of users who do not comply with the terms and conditions of the platform.
2.6 Use of Paramana services is subject to a fee. The types of charges are accessible from the "Charges" link in the user account. 2.8. Parents are solely responsible for verifying the truth and reliability of the information provided by users to their professional profile, including and not limited to any health and safety risks that may arise from an individual's inadequacy to provide adequate care services to their child.
2.9. Parents are solely responsible for choosing the professional who suits them. The profiles of the professional profile are indicative and the parent himself should decide if the respective user is suitable for the care of his children.
2.10. Parents are responsible for following the legal process of hiring a partner to take care of their children at home. The parents pay the professional directly for his/her services, according to the agreement they have concluded. Paramana is not involved in the parent-professional business relationship or agreement.
B) Consulting Services
Paramana as well as the cooperating third parties (indicative: natural persons, websites, companies) can publish on the website texts with tips, suggestions, articles that concern the audience of the platform, etc., hereinafter "texts and tips".
Any user can send their electronic texts to Paramana as well as comment on the published ones. The texts sent to Paramana must be the intellectual property of the person / company that sends them, unless they have the written use and distribution license of their rightful owner. Their publication, in whole or in part, is at Paramana's discretion.
From time to time Paramana may, in cooperation with third parties, conduct giveaways, offer discounts, coupons or other offers to its members. The users / visitors of the site unreservedly accept how Paramana does not guarantee in any way the quality of the services provided (gifts, coupons, etc.) offered by third parties and how they are governed by the Terms of use set by each company. that offers them. Conciliations

In such a case, Paramana does not accept any claim from this user, while if he is a subscriber, he is not obliged to return money for the rest of his subscription period. Paramana reserves the right, if necessary, to contact the competent authorities (e.g. Police), if it deems the behavior of a user to be in violation. The users of the website agree to report any user who behaves inappropriately, to the address admin <at> paramana.eu.
Public areas
This site includes public user profiles, email exchange services, blogs, job postings, and other forms of communication and exchange between users (e.g. through the review / evaluation service). Users are obliged to send and receive messages and other material, which is legal, appropriate, and relevant to the content of the site and is not the intellectual property of a third party, unless licensed to use it. Any use of the website by a user deemed inappropriate and / or offensive by Paramana may result in the exclusion of that user. Paramana reserves the right to terminate a user's account at any time and for any reason. In such a case, Paramana does not accept any claim from this user, while if he/she is a subscriber, Paramana is not obliged to return money for the rest of his/her subscription period. Users agree not to:
Slander, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as privacy and publicity rights) of others.
Publish, post, distribute or disseminate disrespectful, defamatory, illegal, obscene or illegal material, Use the site for purposes that violate national or international law.
Send files that contain software or other material that infringes on the intellectual property (or privacy rights) of others.

As for the documents sent electronically to Paramana, through the "Identification" Service mentioned on the website, the users who send them and who accept to present them to their potential employers are also obliged for their validity.
Paramana is in no way involved in verifying the above documents and advises prospective employers to be careful when verifying the details of their potential employees. Paramana assumes no responsibility for the reliability and validity of those who write and submit documents to the Website or agree to be submitted by users in their conciliation. Consent to receive Notifications from Paramana
You agree to receive notifications from Paramana electronically or via sms. To change the settings of the notifications you receive or to withdraw your consent to receive Notifications, you can declare it through the settings of your Account.
The use of the site for other purposes is prohibited
The site and its services may be used by users to contact other users to request or provide services generally related to infant and child care. Special terms and conditions
Paramana is only a platform to facilitate communication between users and does not take part in the interaction between them. Paramana has no control over the quality, reliability or legality of the services actually provided by the users. Paramana has no responsibility for the appropriateness, reliability, quality, and accuracy of the type of childcare provided by users identified through the site in either public, private, or offline interactions. Due to the nature of the Internet and the difficulties encountered in verifying individuals' identities, Paramana cannot confirm that every user is who they claim to be.
Refusal to interfere
In the event of a dispute with one or more users, or information provided by users, Paramana has no obligation to intervene (nor its employees or associates).
